My favorite astrologer, Susan Miller, is hardly a devotee of proper grammar and spelling. I've gotten used to wading through her typo-heavy monthly forecasts. This one, however, is a hoot:
At the time many small tenement buildings were sold and being razed to put up high rises - the poor and aged were being displaced in cruel, wonton fashion.
Displaced in "wonton fashion," like when the filled dumplings float to the top of your soup, pushing the vegetables to the bottom? How wanton!
